At Meadowlark Services, we offer compassionate therapy tailored to meet your unique needs. My expertise is dedicated to nurturing your mental health and guiding you towards personal growth.
I have experience working with an array of individuals across settings and areas of need. I have dedicated my professional career to offering evaluation, assessment, education, consultation and support to Autistic and Neurodiverse individuals and their families. I sincerely believe that each person holds the capacity and ability to be their absolute best self and I know the importance of strengths-based understanding of our whole selves and those around us.
Our licensed counselors are here to help you navigate through life's challenges. We offer individual counseling services that are tailored to your specific needs. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, we're here to support you.
Our couples counseling services are designed to help you and your partner improve communication, work through conflicts, and strengthen your relationship. As an experienced therapist, I am here to guide you through the process and help you build a strong and healthy relationship.
Family dynamics can be complex and challenging. Our family consultation services are here to help you navigate through the challenges and build stronger relationships. We work with families of all sizes and backgrounds to help them communicate better, resolve conflicts, and build stronger bonds.
We provide comprehensive evaluations to assess for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Using a combination of caregiver input, clinical observation, and standardized assessment tools, we develop a clear understanding of your child’s strengths, needs, and developmental profile. Our evaluations are designed to provide clarity, guide next steps, and connect families to the services and supports their child needs to thrive. Please note, as I am a Master's level clinician, I am unable to assess for cognitive functioning often required for state funded SMRT services.
We understand that life can be busy and it's not always easy to make it to in-person therapy sessions. That's why we offer teletherapy services that allow you to connect with our licensed therapist from the comfort of your own home. Our teletherapy sessions are secure, private, and convenient.
A Comprehensive Multidisciplinary Evaluation (CMDE) is an in-depth assessment that helps identify a child’s developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs. CMDEs are often used to evaluate for autism and other developmental concerns and are a key step in accessing services like EIDBI, therapy, and early intervention supports. Through caregiver input, observation, and standardized tools, we provide a clear understanding of your child’s strengths and needs—along with practical recommendations to guide next steps.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and have worked in the Autism field for over 18years. I have worked with individuals ages 2years - 65years+ in a number of settings.
Therapy gives the opportunity for individuals to work with a licensed professional to discuss and address whatever they deem necessary. We can work on social relationships, executive functioning (day to day operations of life), or just talk about work/life balance. Therapy could be a good fit if you are hoping for an extra level of support free of bias and full of support.
Therapy is individualized to every person, need and situation. Some therapy is "necessary" for a few sessions, others for longer. At Meadowlark, this will be a consistent conversation between us to ensure you are feeling supported and heard.
Therapy services vary from $150 - $300 per session depending on need. Under the law, health care providers are required to give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care may cost. This estimate includes anticipated fees for services provided. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill. You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before or during your services.
At this time, Meadowlark provides private-pay services and can accommodate what's called a "super-bill" to submit as Out-of-Network to most privatized insurance companies for reimbursement. This often is reimbursed at standard rates in the area, so we cannot guarantee 100% of services will be covered by your insurance. I am able to accept some insurance depending on the services and insurance. Please inquire so I can give a comprehensive explanation of what funding could be utilized.
A brief diagnostic interview will be conducted to determine therapeutic needs, however, comprehensive assessment and evaluation can be beneficial for a number of reasons including but not limited to: accessing outside resources, services. For a more comprehensive diagnosis for needs such as Autism or ADHD, a longer evaluation will be needed.
We love connecting with clients, other professionals and individuals interested in learning more.
